Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Linda's Candy Bouquets and More. Because our candy bouquets are handcrafted and contain perishable food items, we adhere to the following policy:

1. Final Sale & No Cash Refunds

All orders are final once payment is received. We do not offer cash refunds for any reason, including order cancellations or "no-shows" on the scheduled pickup date.

2. Inspection Upon Pickup

We want you to love your bouquet! We require all customers to inspect their candy bouquet at the time of pickup.

• If there is an issue with the design or a specific candy, please let us know immediately so we can address it before you leave.

• Once the bouquet has been accepted and leaves our premises we are no longer responsible for any damage that occurs during transport or handling.

3. Missed Pickups

Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time and location.

• If you are unable to make your pickup time, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance to reschedule.

• Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be forfeited without store credit, as the freshness of the product can not be guaranteed.

4. Resolution & Store Credit

In the rare event that a mistake was made on our part (such as a missing custom element or incorrect candy) that cannot be fixed on the spot, we may offer Store Credit toward a future purchase. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
